Scripture reference:
Psalm 75: 6. For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.
7. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setters up another.
God is the lifter. He can make champion out of failure.
No matter how down anyone has been God can pick him or her and announce them to their world.
God is the source of kingdom promotion.
