Proverbs 23: 7. For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.
Your thoughts has great influence on your actions.
According to the Bible your thoughts is the real action.
So The Bible says
Jeremiah 17: 10. I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.
Keep your thoughts right always by God’s Word (Rom12:2)
